RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At BigBuzzMart, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our structured return and exchange process.
1. Policy Overview
Request Timeline: All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days (48 hours) of the delivery date.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a return or exchange for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, a clear unboxing video (from start to finish without cuts) is strictly mandatory.
How to Initiate: Please contact our support team with your Order ID, item details, and a brief reason for the request.
Exchange Limit: We allow only one exchange per order.
2. Product Condition for Eligibility
To ensure a successful return or exchange, the product must be returned in its original state. A request will be rejected if:
Original Condition: The product is used, washed, or altered.
Damages: The item is torn, burnt, cut, or damaged after delivery.
Tags & Packaging: Original tags, brand labels, or packaging are missing.
Hygiene Standards: The product has stains, sweat marks, or odors (perfume, detergent, etc.).
3. Reverse Pickup & Shipping
Serviceable Pincodes: We will arrange a reverse pickup if the service is available at your location.
Non-Serviceable Pincodes: If your pincode is not covered, you must courier the product back to our warehouse.
Reimbursement: For valid claims, Bigbuzzmart will reimburse self-shipping charges (shipping receipt required).
4. Refund Process & Bank Details
Once your return request is initiated within the 48-hour window, the following process applies:
Pickup & Transit: After approval, a pickup is scheduled. The product typically takes 6 to 10 working days to reach our warehouse.
Quality Check (QC): Upon arrival, our team will inspect the product.
Bank Details Submission: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide their bank details (Account Holder Name, Account Number, and IFSC Code) via our official WhatsApp or Email. For Prepaid orders, the refund is credited to the original payment source.
Refund Settlement: Once the QC is successful, the refund will be approved and processed within 7 working days.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
Orders with a total value below ₹ 1,500.
International Orders (shipped outside India).
Customized Products (altered or tailor-made).
Sale Items (Flash Sale, Clearance, or Promotional discounts).
